This Project Review Privacy Notice explains how information may be collected and used when you participate in a website or digital project review managed by GLIDE.

This notice supplements GLIDE's broader Privacy Policy and, where applicable, privacy information provided by the organization responsible for the project.

The project review platform is used to help GLIDE and authorized project participants:

  • Review websites
  • Submit feedback
  • Identify website issues
  • Manage requested changes
  • Perform testing
  • Track project tasks
  • Manage estimates and approvals
  • Communicate about project work

1. Information That May Be Collected

When you access the project review platform or submit feedback, the following categories of information may be collected:

Contact and Reviewer Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Organization or company
  • Project role, where applicable

Project Feedback

  • Feedback title and description
  • Comments and replies
  • Task or testing activity
  • Priority selections
  • Approval or project status information
  • Other information you voluntarily provide

Website Review Information

  • Website URL
  • Page or environment being reviewed
  • Screenshots
  • Screen or viewport dimensions
  • Browser information
  • Device information
  • Submission date and time

Attachments

You may choose to submit project-related files such as:

  • Images
  • Documents
  • PDFs
  • Spreadsheets
  • Other supported attachments

Technical and Security Information

Certain technical information may also be processed to operate and protect the review platform, which may include:

  • IP address
  • Browser or device information
  • Access activity
  • Authentication or review-token activity
  • Security events
  • Error and diagnostic information
  • Other technical logs necessary to operate or secure the service

2. Why Information Is Collected and Used

Information collected through the project review platform may be used to:

  • Identify and review website issues
  • Associate feedback with the appropriate reviewer and project
  • Create and manage project tasks
  • Communicate about submitted feedback
  • Assign work
  • Conduct testing
  • Track project status
  • Identify duplicate or related issues
  • Maintain project history
  • Manage estimates and approvals
  • Generate project reports
  • Provide project notifications
  • Maintain and secure the review platform
  • Prevent unauthorized use or abuse
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Meet applicable contractual or legal obligations

Information collected through the project review platform should be used only for legitimate project, operational, security, and related business purposes.

3. Who May Access Project Information

Depending on the project and the information submitted, project information may be accessed by:

  • GLIDE personnel
  • Authorized GLIDE contractors and service providers
  • The organization responsible for the applicable project
  • Authorized employees or contractors of that organization
  • Other authorized project participants where reasonably necessary

Technology and infrastructure providers may process information as necessary to host, maintain, secure, or operate the review platform. Access should be limited to persons and providers with a legitimate project or operational need.

4. Service Providers

GLIDE uses technology and service providers to support its project delivery and the operation of the project review platform. These providers may process project information on GLIDE's behalf or, depending on the project, on behalf of the organization responsible for the project.

Service providers may support functions such as:

  • Application hosting
  • Website development and technical services
  • File storage
  • Authentication
  • Transactional email
  • Monitoring
  • Security
  • Technical support

These providers are expected to use project information only for authorized purposes and subject to applicable contractual obligations.

5. Secure Review Links

You may receive access to the review platform through a secure project review link. Treat a secure review link as project access information.

Please do not:

  • Publish the link publicly
  • Post it on social media
  • Share it outside the intended project review group
  • Provide it to people who are not authorized to participate in the project

Review links may be changed, rotated, revoked, or disabled if access should no longer be available or unauthorized sharing is suspected.

6. Screenshots and Attachments

Screenshots and uploaded files may contain information visible on the website or included in files you choose to submit. Please provide only information reasonably necessary to describe or support the project issue.

Important Security Notice: Do not intentionally submit passwords, authentication credentials, private cryptographic keys, full payment card information, Social Security numbers, government identification credentials, protected health information, production database credentials, highly sensitive financial information, or other highly sensitive or regulated information that is not necessary for the project.

If you accidentally submit sensitive information, contact your GLIDE project representative promptly.

7. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

GLIDE does not sell personal information collected through this project review tool or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information may be disclosed to authorized service providers and project participants as described in this notice to provide and support the project review service.

8. Data Retention

Project information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary based on factors such as the duration of the project, ongoing support or project needs, the need to maintain project history, client requirements, contractual requirements, security requirements, backup and recovery practices, and applicable legal obligations.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods. Archiving a project, organization, or user does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of the related project history.

Archived project records may continue to include:

  • Feedback
  • Tasks
  • Comments
  • Screenshots
  • Attachments
  • Estimates
  • Approval records
  • Testing history

9. Customer-Managed Project Storage

Some project files and attachments may be stored in infrastructure controlled by GLIDE or another organization responsible for the project. Where customer-controlled storage is used, that organization may establish its own access controls, storage configuration, retention periods, lifecycle settings, and deletion practices.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of the project, you may have rights regarding personal information associated with your project participation. These may include rights to request:

  • Access to personal information
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion
  • Information about how personal information is being used
  • Other rights available under applicable privacy law

To make a request concerning information submitted through the project review platform, contact your GLIDE Privacy Contact or Project Contact. If the applicable GLIDE client is responsible for determining how your information is used, GLIDE may direct or coordinate your request with that organization. GLIDE may also work with its authorized technology and service providers to fulfill a valid request.

11. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to help protect project information. These may include controlled project access, secure review links, authentication, access permissions, encrypted network transmission, restricted infrastructure access, logging and monitoring, review-token revocation, and other reasonable security measures.

No Internet-based system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe project access or information has been compromised, contact your GLIDE project representative promptly.

12. Appropriate Use

Use of the project review platform is subject to the applicable Authorized User and Acceptable Use Policy. By submitting feedback, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to participate in the applicable project
  • You are authorized to submit the information you provide
  • You will use the review platform for legitimate project purposes
  • You will follow applicable project access and security requirements

13. Additional Privacy Information

This notice is intended to explain information collected specifically through the project review process. For additional information about GLIDE's broader privacy practices, including applicable privacy rights and how to contact GLIDE regarding privacy matters, please review GLIDE's official privacy documentation. Where another organization is responsible for the project and determines how your personal information is used, that organization's privacy policy may also apply.

14. Questions

Questions concerning the project, your project access, feedback you submitted, or use of your project information should be directed to your GLIDE Project Contact. Privacy questions may be directed to your designated GLIDE Privacy Contact.
